I don't have any whey isolate zero carb protein so I was wondering if its ok to use ON 100% Whey Gold Standard which has 3 carbohydrates per 30g.

I added the entire diet for a 200lb man up and It came out to
2,745 CALORIES
146g FAT
310g PROTEIN
44g CARBS

But that is with zero carb whey shakes. With mine it would be +18 carbs. Sorry if this has been asked already.

Nah i asked dave in his Q&A thread and he said it should be fine to use ON whey but its always best to use isolate.

He's saying 62g of total carbs per day. That's too much for a very low carb diet.

The amount of carbs you can take in and still be in ketosis are not an end all be all type number. It's gonna differ for everyone.

Try it and see. Get some GDA's if you're so worried about it.

It's too much. Dave talks about that a lot. If you're reasonably lean you really shouldn't go over 0.25*bwt in lbs in carbs.

post your diet so I can see where the carbs are coming from. please dont tell me you're counting fiber as carbs?

sounds like incidental carbs from the almonds and peanut butter.

I get a net of about 25-30g a day, and I am doing the diet under Dave's guidance

My protein powder of 6 scoops a day has 10g of carbs (i should use zero carb, but can't afford it right now)
Peanut butter 4.5 tbsp = 14g
5 eggs = 3g
1/3 c of almonds= 9g
lettuce= 3g

total=39
fiber in the above foods=11
net carbs=28
