No doubt Lonnie loves the sport of Bodybuilding. He has put his heart into it but sadly not his body. I first met Lonnie at Brignoli's Gym in Pasadena some 24 years ago. I asked him then and I would love to ask him again now...If you love Bodybuilding so much why don't you train like one?.......... I got a dirty look.

I realized at the gym last night we forgot Cedric. Cedric will be in the running, would've liked to see him at the USA's or Jr Nats. He was good at the Jr USA 2008 when he won but has not shown great condition. He won because he has good shape.....so we'll see. He could win the whole show??????????????????????
