Anyone have experience using it? I found a few products but the Controlled Labs Glycergrow looks pretty good and well priced. Any feed back on glycerol would be great.

just ordered a lb of mono sterate from TP. We shall see. I just need to do some investigation into the dosing.

I read that it works, but you have to drink a shitload of water with it in or else its useless.

One buddy loves it and he is not a big supplement guy.

One of the pros used it at a show that I did and he was easily the most vascular guy on stage. He also kept his water high through the show.

From what I hear it does indeed make you look full, hard, and vascular. However the effects last only a couple hours then you start to spill over and your physique gets horribly waterlogged.

Got glycerol monsterate from TP today. I used 1 tablespoon in 1 liter of water with 5g creatine and 3g beta alanine about 45 before working out. I felt good, good energy levels, my lower back was super pumped during dead lifts which isnt necessarily good. New PR though, probably purely coincidental. Used another tablespoon with 40g waxy maize/dextrose blend and 10g of leucine post workout. Im still not 100% on the dosing but I'll experiment.

IDK about that. He looked great for both the morning and night show. Maybe it's because he kept his water high and carbs moderate to keep the water moving.
