I did last summer for about two and a half months. I have kept around 3/4 inch on each arm. I shot biceps daily, 2-3cc. The stretching that occured was phenomenal, and I could feel it as soon as I shot it.

Massage the fuck out of your arms or wherever you shoot for a while after to dissipate it properly.

The good thing was I found that the pain from the stretching did not interfere with my training, in fact I would routinely train biceps directly after injecting and experienced no problems. Then, in between sets the streching pain would reappear.

i wanted to use it 2, but there is a guy in my gym who has used it, and fuk his arms look like shit, he thinks it looks good, but if my arms looked like that i would chop them off,now il think twice b4 using seo.
