:D Well I have been training hard. Just not logging it....

So time to start up again and get some feedback and always appriciated encouragment from the Muscle Family :)

(can't lie... I've missed you guys :o)

I'm shooting for an October show. So growing now, and I'll start to cut around July or so.


Today was an Off day. No cardio or lifting ... Back day tomorrow

Today I did 30 min cardio on EFX machine 2 min intervals high resistance low incline, high incline low resistance :)

This is 15 weeks into her prep. The first day of her final week, this is where I go wrong. She did a fantastic job training and looks great in these pics. I messed her final week up a bit and she came in off (you"ll see in the next pics). Her prep was a total of 16 weeks. Great job MM!

BTW your journal is now up and running again. Time to kill it for the October show.

5'8'' 144lbs in the contest pics. She hasn't taken pics since that time. Shit, she hasn't really been heard from...much. Tonight we take a new set of pics. She is now about 180lbs with a whole lot more muscle!

AWESOME! I will be following for sure!!!! Not many of us 'taller' ones, as I am 5'7" and plan on doing BB(crossing over from Fig). Thanks for including her weight too. SHe does NOT look 144 in those stage pics! Makes me think I can make it down to middleweights now, BIG MAYBE!!! What does she anticipate for her show, CLASS WISE? sorry for all the q's.

What show do you plan on doing? How long have you been doing Figure? It's awesome to make that switch lots of hard work!!!

to answer your questions I am going to shoot to be a HW I wanna walk on stage at about 148-150 ... no way I'll make middle weight...

the plan is to diet down to about 135-140 then carb up from there to fill out.

The show is the Tri-State In Erie PA. October 10th! :D

still no show planned. Competed Dec 2005-June 2007. Did not step on stage last year AT ALL. Dieted for 16 weeks but pulled out from show b/c career became priority. Thats the short of it:)

Hershey. My sis n bro-in-law are House Parents's at the Milton Hershey School, so we're staying with them. We're making it a road trip though...lol. Should be interesting.

I laughed so hard when you thought i was gonna bench and then started to crush them hahaha. But i have to stay strong or else MM will be bigger than me....... It sucks when i'm sleeping and i wake up being benched pressed into the wall. thats why my head is shaped all weird!

Yes! I am going to start logging workouts again.. I need to get back into that habbit... as bad as it is to admit I feel like I have been just going through the motions the last few weeks in the weight room, so I think going back to keeping a log will make me more accountable! so yes starting tomorrow ( today's off day) I will start logging WO's.

It was overhead press.. not benching.. silly ;)

so cool.

My fiance and I started the same split about 5 weeks ago, and have only been able to get in 3-4 days a week of actually TRAINING together since then. He has been working in MI 4 days a week. This is his last week though and we are excited cause now we will be able to train together everyday. I have never had a training partner before and I feel so much stronger now that I do. my workouts are so much better when he is with me!

Tonight is shoulders.. so I'll post it up later.

ED Cardio starts next week... I'll probably do mine in the mornings. and maybe 15-20 min after my lifts... My trainer is not too worried about cardio, but I don't think he realizes I hang on to fat like it's my job.

lol, that was me that was gonna be in HERSHEY. I think MM is a ways away from there. think she said Erie. ANywho, we were already there. Gold's Gym Hershey gave us free week passes........they were awesome!
Woulda been cool to meet up though. My sis lives there, so next visit, I will let ya know:)

We did arms on Friday and Legs on Saturday, I didn't write down the WO and by this time I cannot remember the weights. BUT both WO went well at the time :)

Burn out sets on Techno gym tricep machine for 2 sets of failure

Cardio:
