WWE Superstar Triple H stops by to rap with the boys about the upcoming Arnold Classic Weekend. Find out who “The Game” thinks will take home the title!
The man they call “The Showstopper”, Ben White, emerges from hiding and announces when we’ll see him onstage next. He also gives his picks for the Arnold and he answers questions regarding Johnny Jackson’s claim of being the world’s strongest bodybuilder.
Finally, Derek Poundstone calls in to explain why he feels he’s the favorite to win the ultra-competitive Arnold Strongman Competition. Also, find out why he may become the first man to win the “Triple Crown” of his sport.

Just when I thought last weeks show couldn't be topped, you had another amazing radio show. The length was so amazing.. Don't ever do a show less than 2.5 hours.. It made my day at work fly by!!
I absolutely loved the banter you guys have with the whack pack for the first 45 minutes.. Don't EVER stop doing that- it was some sort of Howard Stern type show with commentry from everybody.. Hillarious!
The guests were also top notch too.. Litterally world class! I listen to a lot of bodybuilding related radio shows, which i have to force myself to listen to and often find them so stale, boring and sterile.. I end up skipping parts, but with HMR, it's like listening to a fun packed radio show... The best part is that NON bodybuilding fans can even listen (like my bro) and still find it hillarious and entertaining..
Do NOT change this formula... This is the blueprint to follow from now on!!!

This show is GREAT, you could literally have the wack pack on for hours and I would be entertained.
Triple H and Ben White were funny as hell.
I always loved watching the World Strongest Man show on ESPN. I was looking up youtube videos on Kevin Nee and came across Derek Poundstone talking about how he was stronger than all those guess on WSM on EPSN and that he was just in a different federation at the time. I thought the guy was full of shit. I saw him on this year WSM and was amazed to see him competing and even more amazed to see him be everything he said he was.
