ON's whey is one of the best whey out there. Just simple hardcore whey protein....and way better then Nitro-Tech

I'm not a believer in anything Muscle-Tech. When I'm bulking I go for ON's 100% Whey. When I'm shedding fat stick to carb & fat free whey protein isolate.

MuscleTech talks about providing a delivery system for better absorption. Whey is a complete protein and it'll absorb no matter what.

I'm gonna go against the norm on here and admit I've taken Nitro Tech. I've always liked it. Can't go wrong for $18, give it a try!

Just tried it 2 days ago and have spent the whole time on the crapper. Stuff is junk, I dont know how you guys can use it everyday. I use Beverly exclusively and just wanted to give it a try to see how it was. Back to Beverly, it never tears me up like this.
