I'd like to be featured in the transformations in a year. But how am I going to get there? I've had stick legs since I was a kid. I'm starting squats and going low reps (5-8) with the heaviest weight I can manage which is about 180 right now. How long will it take me till I WANT to wear shorts?

Any thoughts? Some beautiful/fit girl jumped in front of me today on the squat rack and did 225. Embarrassing BUT also motivating in lots of ways.

Eat a lot of good food, rest a lot, train heavy and insane with perfect form using predominately free weights and last but not least visualize your body exactly how you want it to be on a daily basis.

Squat and deadlift for an entire hour. I'm dead serious.
Nothing builds a lower body like those two.

Heavy leg presses...reps on hack squats followed by leg extensions and hamstrings with good diet and protein intake...that will pretty much do the job

I've been at this game for 8 years and I still have chicken legs. Less chicken than they used to be but far from tree trunks.

Persistence and more persistence. Eat, train, sleep.

cut them off, deep fry them, and feed the homeless? bring hot sauce.

this works well. i have always had tree trunks, and it is because of genetics, my father was a big powerlifter and i am thankful for my good sized legs. Never give up!!!!
