hey guys, ive dieted down for a while, down to 145 now im back up to 165, and everytime i eat regardless if its just 3 eggs or if its a huge plate of pasta and 16oz of chicken breast ive been getting horrible gut bloat, like its all day long
my diet and daily routine
5a.m. morning cardio 40min-60min
6a.m. muscle milk 20g shake
9a.m. 3 eggs, two slices of double protein bed, or a multi grain bagel
12p.m. 6oz chicken breast ~1 cup brown or wild rice, 2 cups of broccoli
3p.m. 6oz chicken breast ~1 cup brown or wild rice, 2 cups of broccoli
3:30p.m dark matter with a scoop of bcaa powder
4p.m. workout
~5ish. dark matter
8 6oz chicken breast ~1 cup brown or wild rice, 2 cups of broccoli
im extremely carb sensitive, haha and i used the keto diet when i did diet, god i hate it, but yeah this is ridiculous
