Ingredients:
1 cup raw oats
1 scoop apple cinnamon protein powder
3 egg whites
1/4 cup water
1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 packets sweetener
1-1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Then, pour onto a hot grill and cook like a normal pancake. An optional addition is to add some frozen fruit after the batter is blended.

You might aswell just cut out the protein powder, cooking with it makes the protein therein totally useless for the body. It would work with some baking protein powder, but defintally not with whey.

My pancakes:

1 cup eggwhites
1 scoop whey
1 tsp cinnamon
3 packets splenda
1 tbsp psyllium husk (when i have it around)

And top with 32g of Natty PB and sugar free syrup if offseason!
