I throw chicken breast in the broiler. 10 minutes, flip 'em over, 10 minutes on the other side. Perhaps more for thicker pieces.

On Sundays I butterfly 7 8oz breasts and sprinkle lemon pepper on them and grill em for about 4 mins a side. Then I wrap em in foil and put them in the fridge. Now I have lunch for the next week.

Use to grill it on the BBQ until it broke and it was 17 deg. out. Now we use the crock pot with water- we always cook in bulk for the week 6-9lbs

Chicken thighs with Paul Prodhommes Blackened Redfish Magic - kinda heavy- drizzled with a tad bit of olive oil on both sides. Broiled (450 F) 12 minutes on first side, then 9 minutes on opposite side. Baste it with the au jus as soon as it comes out of the oven. Let sit for at least 5 minutes then remove from tray.

The longer you can wait to eat it, the better it tastes. I cook a big batch every Sunday night to last through the week.

Tastes Wonderful!!

I use Montreal Chicken Spice a lot. It's a dry rub.

I put it a casserole dish with balsamic vin. water, garlic powder and pepper. bake it at 400 for 30 mins (thick cuts of chicken breast) It's kinda like boiling it but it comes out better and all the fat that I couldn't cut off (or didnt have the patience lol) floats to the top of the water

or I grill it

I grill mine. I recently bought a Weber Q200 gas grill and it's been working great. Not quite as convenient on the clean up as a foreman, but the flavor can't be beat.

My oven seriously must be fucked up... everyone i talk to is like 'yeah, 350 for 20 minutes'... mine is still pink if i do that... and YES, i make sure to pre-heat it... mine needs 35-40 minutes, tastes great tho... throw some hot sause on there, love it... so no problems... i just can't understand why my chicken takes longer..
