i cant embed it because my friend didnt upload it to youtube. the weight is 380 and i have a pretty bad cold. i think had i not been sick i may have been able to get 10

Good stuff dude. You may want to slow the negative down a little as you do miss out a great chance for muscle growth. But if you prefer it that way fair enough, nice work!

thanks but i use it as more of a powerlifting mvmt. i dont really wanna tax my CNS by controlling more than 300 pounds. less than that i do. im personally more concerned with the explosion out of the bottom and keeping my hips low so i dont stiff leg it.

yea thats just my setup :) i gotta loosen up my ass first lol. ive been working on my form for about a year now. its hard because i have ridiculously long limbs and they get in the way all the time. ive finally come close to perfecting it
