Hi fellow brothers of iron, I'm currently in the sixth week of my 10 week cycle consisting of 500mg test E & 400mg tren E, but everytime i train back and biceps, I have the most insane cramps in my biceps, and they last until the next day.
Is there something I can do to prevent this? Because I'm quite worried that I will face more severe cramps in six months time as I am entering a show in september...:confused:

drink more water, up your sodium, up your potassium, and drink another gallon of water!

Damn bro. Your back cramps? Im glad only my left shouder cramps. I avoid these cramps with a regular potassium supplement intake. If you know some one with the appropriate training, get yourself a massage. There are different types but a good one will last you all week. If you got a lady tell her what you need, and get her to put in some work on your back man!
