Hi fellow brothers of iron, I'm currently in the sixth week of my 10 week cycle consisting of 500mg test E & 400mg tren E, but everytime i train back and biceps, I have the most insane cramps in my biceps, and they last until the next day.
Is there something I can do to prevent this? Because I'm quite worried that I will face more severe cramps in six months time as I am entering a show in september...:confused:
