That depends on what kind of supplements your talking about. A lot of staple supplements should be taken all year imo, ie fish oil, multi's, joint support etc.

You're welcome to make a diet that covers it all. You'll need some beef liver, omega-3 eggs, lots of vegetables, at least a couple servings of wild salmon a day.

If you did that and just trained hard perhaps it will give you a different perspective on most sports supplements out there.

yep. i'll try that,just a lot of good food and zero sups.
