Hey so I was thinking of getting Dave to do a 16 week precontest diet for me and I was wondering if anyone has worked with him before. I am just wondering how it all works out when he makes a diet for you and has to adjust it. just by pictures?

But really though how many people do you think Dave can handle doing diets for????? For all we know it could be a dietician who is following a keto book. Dave could have 500 clients and I just don't know how focused he would be on each client.

Dave who?

Seriously, you do realize this is Dave's site, right? Lots of people here use him. I did. Very happy with his diet and coaching.

Yes I know I just wanted to know hwo the experience went and his advice. I know some people who give a diet on paper and give no pointers to the service because they have to pay extra.

I have along w/ others I know have used Dave,he is very attentive to all his clients no matter what level you are competeing at.he is well worth the money and gives very quick and accurate info.He doesnt get as many people in top shape because he doesnt know what he's doing.E-mail him in the evenings and you will get a response by the AM(does his work at nite)I feel he has a great passion for the sport and all the competitors he works with!!!

Huh? I am pretty sure he knows what he is doing but it might take 2-3 years with someone to master what works for them so I was wondering how good of shape he can get me into (if I stick to the diet/routine/cardio 100%)

He seems like a pretty knowledgeable guys - and his people look like they come in shape. If he has 500 clients, it looks like he does a pretty damn good job handling all of them. :)

George, your corrrect it does take time to get a good feel for different people(look at dennis wolf, though i think he's lazy, dont ban me tatyana)but frommy exp.and others i'm close with he makes very acurate and good choices to improve your look. With that said great genetics and sticking straight to the plan(like Moody said) ARE A MUST!!!!!

I prepped with him this year and liked his coaching. Like with any trainer they will learn your body as you go. I followed it to a tee and was shredded. I would reccomend him. He likes to do 16 week preps(maybe more if you are overly fat)

yeah 16 weeks is his normal prep time,be ready for some serious time on the treadmill, i was doin 3 hours a day (that sucked) but it worked, this year i'm gonna get a earlier start so i dont have to make a living walking at 3.0 it's like watching grass grow!!!

thank you! I think I was 9 weeks out from new york pro then...I maxed out at 105 minutes of cardio(115 for less then a week) for this show...the idea is to not get too fat offseason;)
