I'm trying to counting everything thing I eat now, so I'm trying to find a good guide of what's in all this wildgame/fish. I have a freezer full of venison, bluegill, crappie. Just wondering whats all in it.
By the way, if your not eating venison, your missing out. Better than any meat bought in a store and way cheaper. The tag was like 15 bucks and cut it up myself. Not to bad for 65 pounds of the leanest red meat you'll ever have. Super lean and tasty. The one I'm eating now was 3 years old and fed in the northern lower peninsula Michigan orchards. I swear I can taste apple in it. Not gamie at all. Between the venison, a turkey I will hopefully shoot, and the bluegill/crappie/perch I've been catching in through the ice, I should be good for awhile for cheap protein till next fall. Anyway, the one guide I did find only had percentages on it. Not sure what thats all about. Any help would be appreciated.
