Well as a MOD at other sites, stickeis are generally geared towards some sort of rule or teachings, depending on what section of the forum it is in.

Since this is the Natty section I believe any stickies that teaches anyone how to train, diet down for a contest/gain/lose weight for natties should remain. Anything else just eats up the first page and you have to scroll through all the non-relevant stickies just to read something relevant. .
