Posting is how you'll meet people. I've been on these boards for two years and only competed for the first time this past November. Every show I go to I know someone from the boards. I can't even begin to list the people I know from online that I later met at a show. And when I do I feel like I've known them for years...cause I have!

Girl - we all started where you are. There is not a single woman here who woke up one day and looked like a professional bodybuilder. lol In still don't look like one and who knows if I ever will, but the interaction with women on this forum that have the same goals makes it all worthwhile. We don't care what level you're at, we just love having a community of women who care about ans support each other.

I remember the first forum I ever signed up at was Elite Fitness about 7 years ago. I didn't post for a long time because I was trying to learn the ropes, absorb as much info as possible and also worried about sounding stupid with my first post. lol

I would just like to say that it is not all about what you can contribute to RX Muscle, but what RX Muscle can help contribute to you and your efforts in this crazy world of bodybuilding/fitness and making friends, having a laugh with people who share the same interest as you!!
