The key to learning to be successful in anything is about asking the right questions and applying those answers intelligently. So what bodybuilding science questions do you guys have rattling around in your gourds? Some that I have been pondering of late include:

1) Fascia stretching: any research done on humans (as opposed to birds) to validate its use? Are the benefits adequate to counter soft tissue injury risk? How precarious are these stretches on joints and soft tissues?

2) GPP: Lots of people are talking about this but has anyone examined the best method to gradually build GPP training volume and intensity? How should one adjust the volume and intensity of regualr strength training while attempting to increase GPP?

Those are some of the things I have been wondering about, asking around in reference to an experimenting with as of late. Anyone else want to add their questions of relevance?
