M-drol as a kick start 10-20-20mg for 3 first weeks (is it a good idea?! or just dorp it..)

- week 1-10 = 250 mg testo-e

- week 1-5 = 400 mg deca

- week 6-9 = 200 mg deca

from week 3 : 10-20mg nolvadex/day if gyno,
in case no gyno, 10mg/day, 1 day On then 1 day OFF for water retention


PCT: 10 days after last injection: 2500HCG
5 days later 2500 HCG+100mg clomid+40mg nolvadex for 1 week

- 50 mg clomid+30mg nolvadex for another week
- 50 mg clomid+20mg nolvadex for the last week

Always double the amount of test in relation to Deca, otherwise you'll embarass yourself in the bedroom when your weiner malfunctions from its sides. Run Arimidex in place of Novladex .5mg EOD after day 3 of cycle

Run dont taper your dose until your done w/ your cycle, reduce by half the total dose for 1 wk and then start PCT 10-14days after last inj.

Your much better off using Arimidex in place of the Novladex...

For PCT try 2000iu HCG every 3rd day for a total of 5 shots (assuming you start 10days after cycle ends)

During this time run .5mg arimidex ED ***this is run entire duration of PCT****

After you finish your last shot of HCG run 100mg Clomid ED for 3wks.

That is Daves PCT protocol, it works great!

Doubling the amount of test over deca is pure preference and isnt always needed. Its an old 'method' that was broscience passed around the old boards. Doubling deca is not the KEY to keeping your dick up. Running testosterone at least the same is widely practiced, although some will just run maintenance test (i.e. 250mg) and run 2-3x that in deca. it all depends.
Doubling the amount of test over deca is NOT a rule of thumb...its just chucksmooths opinion.

I never had trouble when I use the same amount of deca as test.

Hell, my dumbass's first cycle was deca and i had zero problems.

You said "Mass" cycle. You'll grow on the one listed, especially if it's your first cycle. But if you've done a few, that's pretty weak for a mass cycle. If you're only going to run 10 weeks, bump the test x3, deca by 200mg/wk and add an oral, like anadrol at 50mg/day minimum at week 4.

(adex eod would be better and unless your bp is really high the water retention is good for you)

:eek:swiper..... you droped it to 500:Dnice. but first cycles of test only at 4-500max.

iv done 6 cycles and am on 375(test only) doin lots of cardio and im growing. BW up 2 lbs but im much leaner. so you dont need alot to grow, if you do it right.

ha ha yeah it's easier when using amps. It would be a pain in the ass using amps to get 600mgs there would be left over test. that needs to be stored. just makes it easier to do 500mgs or 2 amps ew.

if you only wanna use when your on PCT the you can use all the way through it. or you can run it while on also that will work to.if you run it on cycle 2wks on/2wks off...... repeat
