Hello all, my name is Tony. I live in Nashville, TN.

Through the encouragement of others on this website I've decided to start a training journal here and record my road to become an NGA PRO.

I will officially start my training log in the morning.

I am using Eric Broser for my contest prep.........

Current Weight: 170 lbs. I'll also be posting progress pix weekly on Fridays.

I am 13 weeks, and 2 days out at this time.

BACK!!

Well, I have an unfortunate change of plans. Due to some very personal issues that require my immediate and complete attention, I will not be competing in the June NGA shows.

However I will continue with my current workout plan, cardio and eating plans. I will stay on this path as if I was going to compete.


I'll also continue to implement the P/RR/S, FD/FS training platforms as well. I have acheived a ton of growth, and strength using Eric Brosers plan.
