I am interested to know, for those on a Keto Diet, what does your intake of a typical day look like.

Espically if your name is Dave and John...


Right now i eat about 2200-2600 cals
20-50 carbs a day ( is this to high?)
50-80g fats
(+)(-)200 protein

I am 172 5'9 7-9% body fat

If you are not competing I would suggest trying different macronutrient ratios. Make sure your body acclimates to the changes before trying new ratios (about two weeks).

What works for me may not work for you, but my body reacts best to these ratios:

Fat: 65%
Pro: 30%
Carbs: 5%

Calories are based on each individual and what your goals are. Base your caloric requirements on your LBM, any changes in weight are easier to track with LBM.

ya iam back on keto diet as well,started at 226,now 219 in one week,man i can't wait till sunday's cheat meal

ok i am on like week three and i am still going nuts about not having any carbs..... I am missing the shit out of french toast and oatmeal in the morning. is there a gain part of this diet.
