Whats the diet and training regimen (intensity factors, etc) that goes with all these goodies. They mean nothing by themselves. What do you want us to tell you?

basically if its too much or too little..

my diet is basically 1.5g of protein per pound.. carbs usually just around workout, or early mornings.. and relatively higher fats.. (peanut butter with my shrimp, whole eggs with breakfast etc..)

Training is usually a 3 or 4 day split.. 1 hour each workout.. chest/bi, back/tri, legs shoulders.. or break legs and shoulders up when I want extra work in..

I'm just trying to get a little tighter and add more muscle along the way.. im not planning on doing a huge 'bulk' until after this summer.. right now I just want to get around 8 percent bf.. im like 10-11 now.. and stay there.. I don't want extra dieting come summer or spring time

I'm really asking if what I'm getting is good for my goals.. is it too much, waste of money etc.. I went out to walmart.. bought a 5lb jug of whey isolate for 30 canadian.. cheapest price ive seen up here.. so I'm going to scratch that off the list.

And the more fat I'm losing.. i'm noticing 'estrogenic' problem areas.. like nipps, inner thighs, glutes etc.. fatter than the rest of my body..

The Gift Instead of getting USP Labs Jacked I'd get VPX's No Shotgun to compliment No Synthysize.I've tried many products by USP and honestly didn't see any gains from any of them.Other then that every thing looks good bro.:yep:

Take this as a well deserved and well meaning constructive bit of criticism: take up religious preaching. You have the gift of talking much and saying nothing of consequence.

The only thing i can tell you about this is that Jacked 3D will get you going for sure and if you're sensitive to stimulants don't buy it. The max is 3 scoops before a workout and i never made it that far I only needed 2. I have tried almost every preworkout and this one is in the top 3 for sure.

Never ever fucking ever buy that protein again, I just looked at it an hour ago and almost vomitted.

The label is missing basic, yet vital information about the content of the protein. And it also states 44g protein per 45g serving. This is not even possible, seriously. The highest of high with whey isolate is around 92%, and wheys of this degree are definitely more expensive, not $30 for 2kg's

I'll never understand why people waste money on overpriced supplements. Get a high quality isolate, MAYBE some BCAAs. Everything else is basically worthless.

Gift.... follow these and you can see whether or not your order is too much.

1. Tally up how many calories you need for maintenance. Its not hard to find the info, google is your friend. Ok now you want to add lean mass....start with adding 300-500 calories to that number, preferably as much of that from protein as you can.

2. See how many calories you're getting in now and from what sources. If you're getting what you need, then your order isnt the problem, it's what you're eating. If you're getting less than you need then see how much your order is going to add

And thats just as imple start. You gave no round numbers in what you said in your post. "carbs just around workout time or early morning" means nothing. How much carbs? How many carbs do you need during the day? How many fats? You know how much protein to take in, do you know how many calories you're getting from protein?

If the answer to any of these is "idunno", then your problem is not supplements, it's nutrition knowledge. Supplements help your nutrition give you more, not the other way around or even replaces it.
