hello to all.
iv'e been in a concert of britney with my boyfriend about a month ago and i was impressed by britney's muscular body so i told my boyfriend that her biceps are bigger than his which i think it's true but anyway he got offended and since than we are not really ok.a friend of mine told me that i need to convice him that im right but how? so maybe anyone here in this forum of muscles can know and tell me the size of her biceps even only from latest photos?
please try to help me.

Um ... pretty much have no comment at all.... Britt is an accomplished dancer but she looks like she's got a body that likes to hold both fat & muscle. To that end, she has to fight to keep her bodyfat down to maintain this "Hollywood" look that so many expect of her. But "large biceps" is not an attribute that would come to mind w/ her. I think she probably did some sort of crash diet supported by a whole shitload of cardio and I might venture some clen & t3 or something to get ready for her current tour. Unless she's running some AAS (which I doubt), I don't imagine she's focusing on building hyuge guns.

From my personal observations over the years, I think Britney's quads are the best genetically to be really muscular if she started really getting serious with weight training. Sassy is also very correct in her assessment. About 10 years ago, While i was an executive, I met her when they were setting up a table for her at Tyson's Corner Center in Virginia. This was for her Hit me baby one more time promo right about the time before she was to hit it really big. Oh and no Pedo at the time.

Even if your boyfriend's arms may be a tad bigger or a shade bigger, Britney's arms may have looked bigger in proportion to her height. She is kind of short in the 5'2"-5'3" range. I'm assuming your boyfreind is much taller.

LOL I think we're just a hardass crowd. Obviously we are all biased towards muscularity and aren't particularly impressed w/ things like Michelle Obama's "guns" and such ... but I assume none of those people really train on the order that we do and are not focusing on the goals we have. More power to Britney if she can keep herself in shape. You do have to give her some leniency since she has already had 2 kids back to back, but I think her body type is such that she will always have to fight to stay 'starlet lean'. I also hope she establishes a more consistent lifestyle so she doens't fall into the binge / purge cycle. (Not sayign she's going to go anorexic, but rather so she doens't have to go on crazy programs to tighten up for a tour after getting fat from a party phase.)

Sassy, I'd rather Hollywood go into a different direction with regards to female celebrities body types into something athletic or at least something fuller like Mexican Celebs. None of this Skinny waifish stuff. That is so 90's. ;)

well the sad reality is that most sleeves don't fit me either...which I find truly sad! obviously they fit better closer to show time but I clearly don't walk around like that year round...we won't even discuss sleeve length! :mad:

quads I've never actually done before a show...I know about halfway through I was about 24-25"...calves were 16"....those suckers stay larger no matter what's going on! :o
