in the past year i have had two blood tests showing that my total testosterone is 350 ng/dl and below. This shocked me very much because im 21 years old, sleep 8 hours everynight, lift 3 days a week, and eat plently of healthy fats. i made an appointment with a very good doctor in my area. At first i was hoping that this doctor would put me on testosterone replacement but now im having second thoughts at doing this treatment at 21 years old. during the time i had my blood tests i was very fat trying to bulk up. probably 60 pounds from being ripped. since then ive dropped 30 lbs in 3 months and hope to lose the next 30 lbs in another 3 months. my question is will losing this weight raise my testosterone significantly? my dr's appointment is tommorrow i dont want to go on TRT if i can raise my testosterone naturally. advice would be much appreciated.

In the contrary I think weight reduction will not raise endo test, what was the other values? estrogen, prolactin etc?

have you reduced your saturated fats intake also?

i was only tested for total testosterone and thyroid stimulating hormone. my reasoning is that with less fat on your body less testosterone will be converted to estrogen.

You could try Clomid befrore Test to see if you can get a higher level Total T.

That's why there's only one HeavyIron. Good advice, explore other simpler options than going for the drugs straight out.

i started the tamoxifen but im worried its going to screw up my system even more. ive read that many men experience loss of libido while taking this drug.will it really increase my testosterone?
