This is where I train much of the time and it is hardcore. There is an open fight club on one end of the gym and a strongman section on the other end. The energy is amazing when the guys are stick fighting in the ring and strongman is pressing logs you can't help but train hard, heavy and intensely.

Incredible gym- I've been going there for 8 year- not a better gym in the State.

Looks amazing, might be too intense for the Big Easy crowd, after all, they just open an Gold's Gym an few months ago.......Sad, but true.
