Just a heads up to all the iron brother's here. I recently cancelled my membership here due to rules being put up very similar to your favorite planet fitness: ex: no powerlifting, no bandanas, no grunting, etc.
Also they have reduced the squat racks to 1 removed all dumbells above 90 lbs.
Pussification of america continues......................

I work for and also work out at the Gold's off of Michigan Road in Indy. Yes, they have removed all the dumbells above 90lbs at this location due to insurance purposes. As far as "no grunting", there are a lot of people(me included) that get told to tone it down all the time, but I've never been told to leave. As far as the bandana issue, we've never had a problem with it. I don't think that we currently have any powerlifters that train here, that or I've not been in to the gym while they are there. Also, we now have 2 squat racks! :).

Sad to say, this gym has gone the way of Planet Fitness. How would one go about having Gold's Gym at Michigan Ave in Indianapolis removed from the Hardcore Gym listing? I tried to message SallyAnne, but that function wasn't available. Not a bad facility if your visiting or in town for a day or two as they have a pretty nice variety of equipment and free weights and have a sauna and pool, but this place is far from a hard core facility now.

bitch them out on twitter or complaint on their review that the corporate will see, or just call the corporate, and they'll attempt to fix it.

Twitter is really important to companies because EVERYBODY gets to see it and they don't like that. Just compare them to planet fitness and they'll attempt to fix it.

Where else can you go?
