Yes, Bay State gym is abosultely hard core! And it is the best environment to train in Worcester County. In this area we are being bombarded by toy like gyms such as Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, etc....Gyms which are more like health clubs for the lazy and out of shape. Bay State gym is by far the most hardcore in Worcester county, and it has some of the nicest people as well. The owners are great, and so are the people who go there to train. As their slogan says "where the serious people train!"

I love my gym (D&D Fitness Factory, also on this registry) but Bay State is where I got interested in strongman. Pretty badass.
