I've been here once w/ family from upstate NY. Run by the legendary Jim Rockell. A ton of legends considered this place home, including Rockell, Danny Padilla, and currently George Farah and Bob Cich

Has to be one of the best gyms around, i go to school around there, sick they have probally 2 or 3 of every machine upstairs and downstairs is like a dungeon with real old stuff its sick!
