Hercules Gym - Syracuse [Archive]

Went to Hercules Gym yesterday to train legs. The gym is a well equipped gym that has anything that a hardcore powerlifter or bodybuilder might need. Equipment is a little tight due to gym size but there are plenty of them. Even saw some pieces that I haven't seen in years still in great shape. The gym was clean and the owner Joe was very congenial. I didn't feel like I was an outsider venturing into someone's territory. But beware, parking is tight.
