Sorry but will have to do this in metric
Greek Burgers
500g (about 17 oz I think) lean mince (ground beef)
1 medium size onion finely chopped
200g (7 oz?) low-fat feta cheese
1 clove garlic crushed
2 tablespoons chopped chili (optional)
1 extra large egg raw
Salt, pepper to taste.
Just mix everything together in a large bowl, shape in to patties (tip: keep your hands wet when you do this)
Grill (or whack on to the George Forman)

There are so many ways you can cook up lean ground beef and still make it tasty and healthy.
It's very versatile, and doesn't have to be bland, and monotonous.
Chevapi, google Fu a recipeppp

Tostada wraps. Its every thing you would have on a tostada shell except on a piece of lettuce.
