I just ordered Avant Labs Lipoderm-Y

I have no experience with the products and was wondering if anyone uses anything similar and has advice. I've been readin greviews/etc and it seems like many people have used similar products with decent success and less sides than oral yohimbine. I'm hoping to use it on my pecs and lower back while I'm cutting.

Don't know about that one, but I have tried Yohimburn from anafit. It had a noticeable effect after a couple weeks.

i think its essentially the same product. did you start using it when your bf% was relatively low? im at about 12% and wondering if i should wait to use it.

I was leaner then, yes. But more like 18-20%, I just carry it well.

haha yes. Just meant did you start when you were at like 7% and had been dieting or at the beginning carrying a lot of weight.

I agree. Topicals work when you're around 10-12% bodyfat; at least for me they do.

awesome, thanks guys. I'm going to wait another few weeks to use it. I'm not trying to get in contest shape, I got picked to do this transformation challenge for animalpak.com and only have about 8 weeks left.

I dont need that to shrink, I was hoping my fat would redistribute to there actually.
