I am Tammy Patnode, super mod and IFBB pro here at RX. I have been judging since 06 under Jim Rockell in western/central NY.

My name is Craig Lucas and I have been judging here in Australia for well over 10yrs. I have judged for various Federations including Musclemania, ANB (Natty fed over here) and IFBB which I still currently judge for both at State and National level. I have been involved in Australian bodybuilding for over 30yrs and run my own bodybuilding competition which is an independent show called the Country Classic Invitational, (which is sanctioned by the IFBB so as I can use Tony Doherty as my emcee). It is considered by most people to be the best and most entertaining bodybuilding show in Australia.
I am also the publisher/owner/editor of Hardcore Aussie Muscle magazine which is the only home-grown Australian bodybuilding magazine on the market.
I competed only once where I placed second in the PBBI Junior Australia. My partner and I do contest prep here in Australia but specialise in posing and posing routines.
My judging is best described as honest and perhaps slightly biased to the classic old-school look, I am not a fan of the growth-gut.
Shape is everything for me, I feel it is a very overlooked part of judging/scoring, but having said that I can judge to any federations criteria without any problems.

I've worked out for 25+ years and have competed since 1990. I am currently at the National level in Canada. I am also a Provincially qualified judged (6 years experience). As an athlete I value the judges' feedback and acknowledge that it is vital for my improvement. The group of people that sit closest to the stage are the ones who are empowered to honestly score and critique an athlete's physique - not your gym buddies, training partner, mother, father...etc. As an athlete I know how important constructive feedback is and as a judge I feel that it is my responsibility to guide an athlete so that they can achieve their goals. I have spent many hours in the gym and I can honestly say bodybuilding has helped shaped me to what I am today. Judging is my way of giving back to a sport that I love. Hopefully, I can guide the athletes on the Rx forums sculpt a contest winning body

I am best friends and business partners with IFBB Pro Porter Cottrell. I worked with him while he was still competing, and won 5 pro shows. We have a personal training business that we run together. We have trained several guys who went on to become pro wrestlers, and many bodybuilder/figure competitors.
This is my 5th year judging in the NPC. While it certainly isnt a very easy job, I find it very rewarding, and definitely enjoy the group of guys and gals that I judge with. I truly enjoy being able to help people prep for a show, and seeing them change from week to week. There is no better reward than that of helping someone achieve their fitness goals.
I have also had the great fortune of being good friends with Pat Arnold. I certainly say that between Pat and Porter, they have brought a great balance to my understanding and appreciation of the sport.
I look forward to each show both as a fan, and judge.
