Hmm that is kinda tough. The first guy was already fairly lean but did get leaner no doubt. The second guy made some progress as well. This is a toss up.

I wouldn't give either one of them a gold star, but the vetter of the two in terms of progress is clearly diabetic.......however..........he had father to go, and James is clearly a hard gainer but lean as hell.

The first guy put up relaxed photos in his before shots and was posing in his after shots so its hard to really say how much progress he made. Whereas D muscle put up the same shots. have james put up some relaxed shots for his after pics so we can better tell. I hope no one takes my post as disrespectful that is no my intent.

DJTree didn't post this but I would like to clarify that we both entered into the lean mass construction contest not the fat loss. This is just based on some peoples responses to our fat losses. Fat loss wasn't the main goal here.
