HST Your view?

I've done my share of HST years ago and I actually liked the system very much. However, I found it to become quite boring after a few months, and I was craving some variation.
But the system's solid - progression is the key no matter what you call the system.

hey mallorca good luck with HST
i really want to try this program even if it is just for a little while, however my training partner is very scepticle
