1 cup all natural peanut butter
2 cup or 4 scoops of whey protein powder
1 cup of liquid Splenda, your other favorite sweetener, or even honey(I used sugar free honey made from Xylitol)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
4 cups of any combination of the following ingredients: (optional)

Sunflower seeds
Peanuts
Chocolate chips
Granola
Oatmeal
Raisins
Dried cranberries
Oat bran
Wheat germ
Flax seed (ground)

Directions:
Mix the protein powder, liqued sweetner/honey, and peanut butter together in a bowl. You can use an electric mixer or food processor if you want, but a strong spoon will suffice as well. If you decide to use granulated sweetener instead of liquid sweetener you may have to add a drop of water just to thin out the mixture a bit. If you have used a particularly oily brand of natural peanut butter, you might need to add more protein powder.
Next add any additional ingredients like nuts or fruit.
Roll scoops of the batter into balls. At some point you could try rolling the balls in crushed nuts. Store peanut butter protein balls on a plate or tray, refrigerate them if you want them to stay round.

As soon as I saw it, I was reminded of Chef's 'Chocolate Salty Balls', and had to come see what this was about.

Have you made them before?

I have. I really like em too. Last time I used LOTS of cinnamon in the mix and then rolled it in stevia/cocoa and used spray butter to help it all stick. SOOO good. Also helps if u put em on wax paper in the fridge..
