I would really like some input on ths one. I am 5'3" and about 125-128 off season and around 118 contest. This is a plan that I did a few years back and got super ripped. However, I am not sure if this is the BEST plan.

Sunday- F/40 carbs/180 p/190
Monday-F/40 c/155 p/170
Tuesday-f/45 c/130 p/180
Wednesday f/45 c/105 p/180
Thursday f/50 c/80 p/190
Friday f/55 c/55 p/190
Saturday f/60 c/30 p/200

The thing is that I have absolutely NO appetite. I did three weeks out of six before Christmas and had lower ab veins. I stopped becasue we went on a cruise vacation, and well, you know how that goes! I eat healthy/clean six days and have a cheat meal about twice per month when I am NOT on this. I am starting the third week on this rotation. I am not planning on a figure comp until April but need to look good for the Arnold (been asked for photo shoot). Any suggestions is much appreciated. I am really struggling!
