Stimulants work, we often feel them working. But for longer leaning down cycles one must cycle off at some point. NOT simply listing brand names you read on old post or saw in an MD add. lets Base are answers on specific reasoning, experiences, and data. Lets talk compounds, pathways, synergisitc effects with other OTC products. What are the most optimal Stimulant free OTC fat burners on the market?

Yes I would like to know this... I hate stims.... If I have more than one cup of coffee a day i get jittery, anxiety and cant sleep...... I tried lipolyze for 6 weeks no offense to species, i like their other products but it did nothing as far as fat loss but worry me about liver damage bc of usnic acid.......... I would really like to know what you guys think of stim free fat burners......

I'm no scientist but I'm sure you would have to be chugging down a bottle of lipolyze daily for liver damage to be a concern. Taking the recommended dosage shouldn't be problematic for you, unless possibly you have an underlying liver condition.

Well, I did not want to take any chances. Like I said after six weeks it did not do much... I used it while doing KETO...

as stated, green tea
CLA
large doses of fish oil
l-carnitine

I dont really like fat burners, but the above supps seem to have a decent effect in helping the process along.

Maybe give 7-keto a try if you can afford it. I would recommend you take 200 mg a day.

Of course, nothing will work if your diet and cardio is not spot on.

FWIW - The oral bioavailability of 7-keto is terrible.
