Nizoral 1%

I know I read about using this shampoo to help rid the hair of DHT, but I can't remember where on here. I bought this stuff today because I sure don't want to start losing hair.

My question is, how often should I use it?

Hey girl! Stole this from Sassy in the FemChem section:

If its a DHT issue, try using Nizoral shampoo - you can buy 1% Nizoral at most stores next to the dandruff shampoo. Use it just like your regular shampoo every other day. It should help. You can also buy 2% Nizoral online, e.g. www.wholesalehairproducts.com. Use it every 3rd day - its a little stronger.

This opened up a good question as I don't think many of us go out of our way looking for progesterone. Its actually kinda like the "forgotten hormone".

You can try the bio-identical, prometrium. You can break open a prometrium capsule and mix with lubriderm. I haven't used this concoction yet, but have read other ladies using this mixture a couple times of week with success. You can google prometrium and "inhouse" and get to the online store that sells it.
