View Full Version : Preparing for first show ever

I'm 5'7" 210lbs. I'll be doing a show June 13th of this year. Been lifting for 3 years now. I have never been sub 15% bf since I've been lifting. I started at 26% BF. I know my legs are a glaring weakness but would appreciate any and all feedback. I apologize for the half body shots but those are all I have.

I am not one to blow smoke in any way I am always brutally honest when it comes to BBing. You need more time under the iron my friend. You have done a good job dropping 11% but in looking at your pics I do not think you have built enough lean mass to step onstage. I would continue as you are doing leaning out slowly and building lean mass. At least another year. You may also consider a diet/training coach. Not a trainer per se. But someone to look at what you are doing.

Thanks Jeff I appreciate the honesty and frankly you are right. I think of this as more of a learning experience than anything. I need to know what sub 10% BF levels will do to my diabetes and I can experiment with different chemicals along the way. I have natron a member of this site as a prep coach to walk me through the paces. Thanks for the response.

i am with jeff here. i think when you diet down you will find you havent really built enough muscle to even begin to fill out your physique.

Congrats on the BF drop. Work on adding more size as was mentioned. Work on lats. Good delts.
