I have read so many different times that people take GH and their reasoning behind each. I have used GH for a number of years on and off. I generally take it when I wake up.

For most of you that take GH, what do you feel is the best time to take it?

am first thing is best,but there are some that think split days are better,some say in the pm.AM works for me,but i do find it possible for different people depending on when they relaese the most and least amount of GH during different times of the day could be possible and that would alter when they would want to take there GH.Every person is not the same!
