Hard to beat the original Olympus on broad in the Boro...that one will always be the original hardcore!

Flex Gym, what hours is Flex Gym in Smryna staffed on weekends? I would like to drop in and train one weekend when I'm in the 'Boro for a MTSU game.

How cold is the AC in Flex Gym?
I need to find another place.
The freezing cold AC in NAC is killing me.. it's 68 degrees in there and everyone complains that it's too hot.
God forbid someone breaks a sweat when they're working out!!!

We keep it about 71. But if it feels good outside we open up the big bay door. People also like to go out there and do parking lot lunges

Why are you posting a gym that isn't even open yet? There is no doubt that the Olympus on Broad is by far the most hardore gym in Middle TN. It is almost as hardcore as Troy's Gym located in the boro 15 years ago. Since Franklin is more of a high-end area than the boro, I really doubt this will be a hardcore gym.
