Welcome to the official women's blog spot on RX Muscle for the Fox Cities Bodybuilding, Figure, and Bikini Invitational to be held on May 1st 2010.
My name is Demetrius Alecos, and it is my pleasure an NPC judge, promoter, and athlete to invite you to become part of the best damn bodybuilding show in Wisconsin. This year we have not one but two guest posers. Evan Centopani and BSN star Brandon Curry.
As many of you who have met me know I spare no expense in time or money to deliver what you the competitor and spectator deserve in a bodybuilding show.
For the competitors it means having the communication and time needed to have a smooth and enjoyable experience. My staff is very well versed in the needs and goings on before, during, and even after the show. Water, fruit, microwaves, paper plates, and plastic utensils are available back stage. Light dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and last minute prep people are available for pre-judging and the night show. I even have some random candy bags for those of you who will not be competing again or need to carb up quickly. If you are coming from a good distance, I will drop the video screen to watch movies between the pre-judging and night show.
As for the audience, the experience is awesome! A great theater with no bad seat in the house. We have a wider, than deeper theater with roomy plush seats. Every person who attends will receive a free 2010 FCBB sticker with Evan Centopani in one of his classic posses. Giant video screen to watch before, during intermission, and after the show is over. A great sound system, so that every performance sounds as good as the last. I hate going to a show that has a crappy sound system! As always I'm sure we will have a fair amount of samples to hand out from the sponsors.
