yea my legs have been fucked from knee injuries for the past 2 years, this last 8 months was actually my first time really being able to work them out.

Very nice work thus far man.
Obviously the next 9 weeks are going to be even harder but i am sure you can stick it through.
I am competing in just over 9 weeks also so i sympathize with any hunger issues you may have haha.

Looks like you are leaning up nicely. Whats you back look like? Heavy lunges from here in will help with quad separation if you can do them.

Good work bro... If in doubt and feeling weak?..take heart to know that there is someone else there preparing to work harder than you!

DONT GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION!

I was just gonna say that...it's a trick Dante has his DC disciples use. Some people dont have that flaring quad look just like someone like Leverone would not have a peaked bicep like Ronnie Coleman.....BUT bodybuilding is an illusion. The adductor and wide stance leg presses should help out! If you do lunges try them on the smith machine, or one leg at a time and then switch.Good luck! Is your man D gonna be training with you?

Good shit, he's probably doing the Atlantic States I would guess! I'll be at the Mets and the Atlantic.....I'll cheer you guys on. I was hoping to do the Atlantic States myself, but I recently found out I'm going to be a father for the first time so I had to reorganize my priorities!
