How bad is cream in the coffee for you.

I am dying for it. I can get away with 2% milk but I figure if yoru going to cheat might as well be cream

WHat kind of diet are you on? I usually use it on keto or using a CKD. A splash of cream shouldnt really make a difference in my opinion.

I'm trying to actually see all my abs without flexing.

I do a medium tims single with splenda.

You should be alright with a little cream in your coffee. I can see my abs and I drink my coffee with cream and no sugar.

Brosef, brosef, brosef.....too much worrying over non issues. Enjoy the little things like cream in your coffee, but keep an eye on the major stuff. No need to get wacky. I see my abs and I dont even worry about a burger. And yea, Im a former fatass.

i use a sdsh of it right through my prep. i get the sugar free. unless you drink alot of coffee one or 2 cups a day w a TBS of creamer wont kill you.
