Well you look to have built a good amount of lean mass and pretty balanced from what I can tell, but you have quite a bit of BF to lose in only 16 weeks. I start at under 6% and I diet 20 weeks minimum. You can get lean, I just think you may want to have more than 16 weeks. 20-24. Not that all that is hunger dieting. I start at 6500cals. Its just all good food. Makes a difference believe me. I would rather slow it down at the end than speed it up.

You will need every bit of 16 weeks. I dont say that to make it sound unattainable, but more to emphasize the fact that you dont have ANY wiggle room. It does look like youve got some decent size under there, but I promise you its going to take quite a bit of effort to get there on time.

Keep posting pics so we can see your progress! GOOD LUCK!

I have been dieting for 4 weeks already. I have come down 21 lbs from 236 to 215 in these pics. BF% was 14% when I started, 12% in the pics. Thanx, I will post in about 4 weeks with updated pics.

Hit it hard for the rest of the 16 weeks. Stick to the game plan and don't deviate - you can't afford it. Getting down to contest shape is do-able though....
Work on posing. I'm not a fan of showing the rear calf in the side chest pose - it looks great when your hams are big but you're not there yet.
Keep us posted with your updates.

Dan hit the nail on the head. No room to deviate. Never cheat yourself. Good luck.

Agreed with all of the above.
Start dieting earlier for your next show, you are cutting this prep fine, no room for error.

Good physique, best of luck.
