Cheers bro. Sorry, but we had a bit of an incident in the gym a few weeks ago and now there is absoloutely no non-members allowed in.

Kingfisher Id say is best bet. AFAIK one of the only half decent places that allow non members in. Pretty easy to find too.
I have been doing the odd big of training there myself lately, just for smaller muscles like arms/shoulders.
Heaviest DB's are 30kg but they have plenty of plates/bars.
