I ordered some stuff from the Buy 2 get 1 free sale but when I checked out I changed the shipping address since it was from my old addy where I no longer live, but apparently it didn't save so the package went to the old addy so I informed them and they are shipped another order right out to the correct address at no charge. woot

I have this happen to me. and than like 6 hours later get the tracking email from FedEx. I think its means that they have package your order and is ready. bb.com is 24/7.

They have awesome ideas on how to take our money LOL with the wheycheap.com and the buy 2 get 1 free.

Yeah althought their prices are $2-4 higher than most smaller online stores I'll def go to BB.com everytime

yeah, but everything on the order and the shipping has to be priced from the other site:(... so you don't really get much of a deal because usually bb.com shipping rates are what makes it so good to buy from

I got my package in, and one of the bottles of A-AKG powder was cracked and powder was kind of over the other bottles, i sent them pics and and email saying what happened and they overnighted me a new bottle and 10% off my new order. woot

One of the customer service reps sent me something several months after I had placed an order, just for my continued business.

I was completely taken by surprise by that. Some computer generated thing, I would understand. But this handwritten card... :)

I ordered fish oil once at 3PM and it was at my door at 9AM the next morning and I selected the cheapest shipping there was (I did not select overnight). I was amazed on how fast it was and have had no problems with them in any of my other orders.
