Natural figure comps

Can anyone help me with finding out what shows are natural? I was looking into the NPC Atlantic states in June possibly and cant seem to find info on rules.

Within the NPC a "natural" or "tested" show will be called natural. Like the NPC Mid-states Natural Bodybuilding, Figure and Fitness Championships. If it doesn't say natural or tested it isn't. You can always call the promoter and ask.

I just looked up the Atlantic States show. It's a Bev Francis/Steve Weinberger show. It's not tested and it will be very competitive.

If you are looking for NYC shows INBF has NYC and NJ shows - inbf.net - its natural and tested so check the banned substance list on their site.

Yea my friend did the Easterns and she placed like 20th, it was her first time thou so the experience was good for her and she asked me to do the states so we got eachother to lean on lol

Have a look at the INBA and OCB too - they have lots of events, you're bound to find something :-)

You mentioned Atlantic States so I don't know where you live in relation to the city, but if you're in NJ or nearby, the NPC Mid-Atlantic Natural
Classic is May 1st in East Brunswick.

Otherwise, the natty organizations that are listed above are probably your best options!

April 24th 2010 will mark the 13th year of the NGA Natural Northeast Bodybuilding & Figure Championships. One of the largest drug free shows in the country. Joe Christiano is the promoter his is on this site too if you do a search.
