View Full Version : Question about 9 week out diet

Meal 1 1 1/4 cup oats, 1 scoop of whey in 1 cup skim milk.
Meal 2- 6 egg white omelet 1/4 cup of tomato 1/4 cup onion 1 cup oats
Meal 3- 1/4 cup brown rice 5 oz chicken 1 tsp canola
Meal 4- same as 3
Meal 5-Pre Apple, 1 scoop of whey in water
Meal 6 Post- 1 scoop of whey, 1 banana
Meal 7 1/4 cup brown rice 6-7 oz chicken
Meal 8 6 egg white omelet 1/2 cup salsa, 1 scoop whey in water

I believe its around 300 g carb, 260g protein maybe a lil more and 40g of fat

I am concerned me being 6'4 around 250ish at about 8 % BF, that if i lower my carbs to much to soon I will lose my hard earned mass.

How does this diet look, I plan on slowly tapering down the carbs week by week just was looking to get some feed back

How long have you been dieting for and what were your stats to start with.

Ive been dieting for about a week, I know late to decide to enter a show but it is my first show ever and Im already pretty lean. So my stats are roughly the same. Thank you

up your protein... 2 scoops of whey, 8 egg whites with 2 whole eggs, and 8 - 10ozs of chicken...

Hey bro i saw you in the gym today, I go to brockport too, im friends with kevin and lester, You look good man, if you want to work on posing i can help you out with that im doing the march 20 show and possibly these 2 ngas not srue yet i added you on facebook so get back to me. As for diet i would try to take out a shake and replace with 3-4 pieces of dining hall chicken, right now im eating 15 pieces of the dining hall chicken a day, 6 sccoops of egg whites from brockway in the morn and having 2 scoops of protein a day.

up your protein... 2 scoops of whey, 8 egg whites with 2 whole eggs, and 8 - 10ozs of chicken...dido up the protien,get that chicken from the hall whereverr!!

You aren't the guy that had that ridiculous video a while back with you doing all kinds of crazy stuff in it are you? If you are, no offense, but unless you worked on your posing, then you shouldn't be giving advice to anyone. If it wasn't you, then never mind.

I did dont worry about it for real 30 mins a day every day, ill post a vid up on friday looking a lot better too
